Formavision is a creative studio that conceives and produces multi-media installations and sculptures by seamlessly integrating complementary creative fields: music, industrial design, architecture, graphics, video etc. Led by acclaimed inter-disciplinary artist and designer Sebastien Leon Agneessens, Formavision has has been actively involved in the crossroads of art, design, music, curating and brand communication for over fifteen years, with clients ranging from architectural practices, cultural institutions, and brands such as LVMH, Audemars Piguet, Piaget, Audi, Lexus, Nike, Reebok, Converse, Nine West, Diesel, Restoration Hardware, Nordstrom, Starbucks, Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Whole Foods Market, Sprint, NTT Docomo, Disney, Moooi, Droog Design and the City of New York.
The studio is dedicated to a strong sense of craftsmanship while showing Sebastien Leon’s accomplishment in various creative fields: Sebastien is a recording artist with three solo records and numerous sound installations, a fine artist with gallery representation and international museum exhibitions, and the design director of acclaimed furniture company Atelier d’Amis. Studio Sebastien Leon is located in Los Angeles and works internationally.
Formavision’s work has been shown in Paris’s Palais de Tokyo, New York’s Park Avenue Armory, Beijing’s UCCA, and Milan’s Palazzo della Triennale. Our studio has been featured in publications worldwide: The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Le Figaro, Corriere della Sera, Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, Frame Magazine, Surface Magazine, Design Boom and Dezeen. Sebastien Leon was invited to lecture at the Harvard MBA and School of Design and was also the subject of a 30 minute feature by NHK, Japan’s leading national public television broadcasting channel.
